Since last 25 years I have been roming in Kolhapur.... And have been testing food from every corner of the city....and suddenly I realized that I should share this with some one.....
So lets start with my yesterdays experience.......
Place : Khasbaug , All India Special Bhel, ( AISB)
The One & only RAJABHAU.....
The scene was , huge crowd in front of AISB, Mr. Rajabhau;age 70years, was seating on a chair observing the behavier of crowd..... I wondered ..... As I went to place my order, I saw Rajabhau's son & grandson was on the counter.
You will find a systematic team there. Everyone has their own area of working. Someone is cutiing onion, someone is packing take home parcels, and two perfectionist mixes the mixture.
The way, they mix it is just awsome.....and you must experience it..... just dont miss it.....
When you are in Kolhapur, to visit Mahalaxmi Temple, Rajabhau's All India Special Bhel is just on the walking distance from Temple....
